Daylyn Miller practices in all areas of family law including parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, division of property and divorce. Ms. Miller strives to reach amicable resolutions through strategic negotiation, mediation or alternative dispute resolution processes, however when necessary Ms. Miller will actively pursue her client’s best interests through litigation. Ms. Miller has experience litigating complication family law matters in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Ms. Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 2005. She continued her studies at UBC Faculty of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2009. Ms. Miller has practiced almost exclusively in the area of family law and child protection since being called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2010. Ms. Miller is a member of the Canadian Bar Association Family Law Section in Vancouver. She sits on the Board of Directors for the McCreary Centre Society which is a not-for-profit organization committed to improving the health of BC youth. Ms. Miller also provides presentations on family law for community-based organizations.
When not practicing law, Ms. Miller spends her time with her family enjoying the outdoors, including hiking, camping, skiing, biking, running and relaxing on our coastal beaches.
